1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, accessing, or using the Booking Super property management and booking engine software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all clients and property owners utilizing our software.
2. One-Time Payment & Lifetime License
Booking Super operates on a strict one-time payment model. Upon full payment of the agreed-upon tier (based on your property's room count):
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use the software for the specific property it was purchased for.
- There are no recurring monthly subscriptions or hidden annual maintenance charges for the core software.
- "Lifetime" refers to the lifespan of the software product. If you expand your property's room count beyond your purchased tier, a one-time upgrade fee will apply to unlock additional room capacity.
3. Zero Commission Policy
Booking Super does not charge any commission or percentage fee on the bookings made through our software. You retain 100% of the revenue generated through your direct booking engine. However, standard transaction fees applied by your chosen third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) still apply and are your responsibility.
4. Client Responsibilities & Data
As the property owner, you are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of room availability, pricing, and descriptions uploaded to the system.
- Managing your own guest data in compliance with local privacy laws. You retain full ownership of all guest data collected through the platform.
- Ensuring your connected payment gateways are properly maintained and legally compliant.
5. Software Updates & Customizations
Your one-time payment includes standard bug fixes and general stability updates. However, requests for major custom feature developments, unique third-party API integrations not currently supported, or complete custom UI redesigns after initial deployment may be subject to additional development fees.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital software deployment, licensing, and the initial manual labor required to set up your specific property's server, database, and configurations, all payments are final and non-refundable once the software has been deployed and handed over to you.
7. Intellectual Property
While you own your branding, domain, and guest data, the core source code, architecture, and proprietary algorithms of the Booking Super software remain the exclusive intellectual property of our company. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the software.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booking Super and its developers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, double bookings caused by third-party OTA API failures, or data loss arising from your use or inability to use the software.
