1. Overview
This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding purchases made for the Booking Super property management and booking engine software. Our pricing model is designed to be transparent, straightforward, and highly beneficial to hoteliers by eliminating recurring software fees.
2. One-Time Payment Structure
Booking Super is sold exclusively as a one-time payment lifetime license. Pricing is tiered strictly based on the total number of rooms your property operates.
- We do not charge monthly or annual subscription fees for the core software.
- We do not charge mandatory annual maintenance fees.
- Full payment is required upfront before the software is deployed and handed over to your property.
3. Zero Commission on Bookings
Booking Super takes 0% commission on any reservations, walk-ins, or OTA bookings processed through our software. You retain 100% of the revenue generated.
Note: While our software takes no commission, standard processing fees charged by your chosen third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, Banks) will still apply based on your individual agreement with those providers.
4. Accepted Payment Methods
To accommodate our clients, we accept a variety of secure payment methods for the software license fee:
- UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- Net Banking
- Direct Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS (Details provided upon invoice generation)
5. Upgrades and Scaling
If your property expands and your room count exceeds your currently purchased tier (e.g., growing from 10 rooms to 20 rooms), you will not need to purchase a brand new license. You simply pay the difference in price between your current tier and the new tier to unlock the additional capacity.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because Booking Super requires manual server provisioning, database setup, channel manager API mapping, and source code deployment specific to your property, all payments are strictly final and non-refundable once the deployment process has begun. We highly encourage utilizing our free demo to ensure the software meets your needs prior to purchase.
7. Taxes and Invoicing
All displayed prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Applicable GST will be added to your final invoice during checkout. A valid GST invoice will be provided upon successful payment for your business accounting and input tax credit purposes.
