3. Data Ownership & Processing

You own your guest data. Booking Super acts solely as a data processor. We do not sell, rent, or use your guest data for our own marketing purposes. The guest information collected through your branded booking engine belongs entirely to your property.

4. Third-Party Integrations

To provide a seamless experience, our software integrates with external services. Please note:

  • OTAs (Online Travel Agencies): When syncing with platforms like MakeMyTrip, Agoda, or Booking.com, certain reservation data is exchanged to maintain accurate inventory.
  • Payment Gateways: We integrate with secure payment processors like Razorpay and UPI. Booking Super does not store sensitive credit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers; these are handled directly by the certified payment gateways.

5. Data Security

We implement robust, industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure server hosting, to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Regular security audits are conducted to ensure the safety of both client and guest information.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our software and website may use cookies to enhance user experience, remember session logins, and analyze website traffic. Hoteliers can manage cookie preferences through their browser settings, though disabling them may affect the functionality of the software dashboard.
